Terms & Policies


 

Payment POLICIES:

Classes must be paid in full up front after signing up online.  When you submit an online application to enroll, you will receive a paypal invoice shortly thereafter for the amount due.  You can click that invoice and pay with a debit or credit card.  We've made it very simple.  Customers that want to pay by check will need to schedule a time to come by and meet with a studio representative.  This can be done by using the contact form online.


REFUND/Cancellation POLICY:

All classes are non-refundable.  Because classes are very limited in the total number of students allowed, no refunds will be given.  If we should have to cancel class for any reason or for emergency, an account credit for that course will go into effect allowing students to automatically be enrolled in the next class offered at no cost.


Arrival Time: 

Doors will open 10 minutes before class time starts.  Students are encouraged to come in, use the bathroom or get a drink of water and be ready to start on time, every time. 


FACILITIES: Food/Drink

Students cannot bring food or drinks into the studio for any reason.  There are water fountains out in the lobby along with bathrooms.  Students who choose to bring their own lunch can leave their bag in the lobby at a designated place at time of arrival.  We like to keep our facilities in top working order and clean at all times. 


MEDICAL CONCERNS:

If there are any medical concerns such as sensitive hearing, fatigue, food allergies, or anything else, please notify us at time of signup so we can help make sure your experience is the best quality and safe.  Thanks!
